Please check over your goods upon receipt. If goods are not as expected (faulty, incorrect product, or otherwise), or if there is any damage, please report this to us within 48hrs of receiving your order by emailing: support@quickcrop.com


Quickcrop reserves the right not to replace or refund faulty or damaged goods reported over 48hrs after receipt as regrettably we have a limited time to be able to make a claim with couriers/suppliers.


Please ensure you include a photograph of any damages; we will also need to see an image if you have been sent the incorrect product.


If your complaint is received before noon we will endeavour to resolve same day, all other issues will be resolved on the following working day.


We will send you a new email notice of dispatch and a link to track for your new delivery if applicable. If we need to collect a product as well as send out a new item, we will arrange for the collection to take place on delivery. In this case you need only package goods up as best you can and remove any shipping labels already on the box, there is no need to address the package as the driver will have a label with them on collection.
