You are liable for the cost of returning goods (unless there is a problem with your order, please see Damages & Complaints); you are free to arrange collection yourself (see below for addresses), or we can arrange a collection at a cost of €5 in Ireland, or £20 in the UK.
Provided goods are received back in a saleable condition, i.e. in the original packaging, unopened and unused, we will issue you with a refund for the retuned item(s), less the original delivery charge, and collection fee where applicable. This will show on your bank account within 3 working days from the date goods are received in our warehouse.
