Sometimes something might not be showing quite right on our site, for example you have asked a question, but our response is not showing.
You might also encounter issues at the checkout i.e. you click to pay and you are brought right back to the home page.
In cases like these, and for the vast majority of site related issues, clearing your browser cache (we would recommend choosing "all time" to be safe) will resolve the problem right away.
